Sree Mutty Anandmoyee Dasee of Colootollah in Calcutta the widow of the deceased abovenamed  Maketh Oath and Saith that Mutty Loll Seal the abovenamed deceased who was in his life time a Hindoo inhabitant of Calcutta depart this life at Calcutta aforesaid early in the morning of the twentieth instant having first duly made and published his last Will and Testament in writing which is now produced to her this Deponent at the time of making this affidavid  and she further saith that the said Will has been proved in this Honorable Court on the Twenty third day of May instant by the affidavid of Heera Loll Seal Chooney Loll Seal Punnaloll Seal and Kissenmohan Mullick sworn on the twenty third day of May instant and this Deponent saith that she is an Executrix named in the said Will of the said deceased and that she is desirous of administering to the estate of the said deceased and for that purpose of obtaining probate of the said Will jointly with the said Executors therein named and that the said deceased has left property and effects with the Calcutta Jurisdiction of this Honorable Court to be administered unto
